📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via email.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.


🌎 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dragonden Hollow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


📭 Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


📦 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen, please contact us at contact@dragondenhollow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
